I'm a wife and mother of 4 beautiful children. 1 daughter and 3 sons.  

Professionally, I'm a Transformational Life Coach, Speaker, and a charismatic trainer!

We've lived in Greenbelt for almost 6 years now by way of Brooklyn, NY.   

What do I love?  My children, husband and the work that I do.  I love life!  I love the unfolding, the growth, the ups, the downs and lessons learned. It's all part of the journey.  I really spend a great deal of time studying this stuff. LOL.  

I enjoy comedy, writing and being in great company.  Dancing is great too.  I don't dance as well as I used to but I enjoy being in the rhythm and flow of the music. 

More than anything, I've dedicated most of my life to supporting women transform and live meaningful lives.   Being a mother, I can relate to mothers needing the extra support, push and motivation to fulfill their dreams while helping their children reach great heights.
