Police charge Marcus Russell with DUI and other violations.
Greenbelt Police arrested Marcus Rayshun Russell, 27, and charged him with driving while impaired by alcohol following an accident with injuries in Greenbelt, MD, according to Greenbelt Police spokesperson Officer Kelly Lawson. The accident took place in the area of Greenbelt Road at Southway at 3:01 a.m. Sunday. Police also charged Russell with driving under the influence of alcohol, among other charges. Police can make no further information available until its report completes the approval process, according to Lawson Stay tuned to Patch for updates.
