This was the worst experience in all of my dining experience.
Issue 1: Three of us order burgers, medium and it comes to us charred and burnt. I tell the waiter our issue and he responds "I did not cook it." Not "sorry" or "let me check what happened." I then tell him I would like to speak to the manager. The manager comes to our table, I tell her my issue and she responds "that is well done." I point out that it is "charred." She shrugs and says, "I can order you another one." I mention I cannot wait that long and frankly my appetite is gone. She shrugs and leaves.
Issue 2: My wife orders chicken with pasta but the waiter does not bring the side with it. She asks him and he says, "well, it is complimentary" but does not bring it to the table without a reminder.
Issue 3: Another of us orders turkey burger with bacon and it comes to her without the bacon.
To the waiter's credit, he must have realized his mistake, so he comes back and offers us, desserts: cupcakes. Does not ask us for our choice but just gives us cupcakes.
Suffice to say, Ruby Tuesday is not a place I will ever visit again.
