The owner has been using scare tactics to try to get me to back down. He acused me of being a criminal. He acused me of extortion when there was no exchange of money nor an arrest. Furthermore, He acused me of being incompetent. He is totally immoral and not willing to budge. Greenbelters deserve better than this. THESE ARE HIS TRUE COLORS

I am a son of a plumber. My father taught me the meaning of work, The customer comes first, When a customer had a complaint, he went back and resolved the issue. Greenbelt Service Center, so far has failed to compensate me monetarily for the labor and costs of parts to replace the head gasket. That is what I expect from them
I am qualified to speak about this. I am an engineer. I had to learn how to operate and maintain engines aboard ships from the smallest to the largest as a Marine Engineer with a US Coast Guard License for unlimted horsepower engines. I graduated from the United States Merchant Marine Academy
I took my car to them to replace the cooling pump. After replacement, the mechanic failed to tighten a hose. Car overheated and blew the head gasket. When speaking to the clerk, he became verbally abusive to me. With all due respect, there is no room for such behavior. Due to their failure, I had to replace my car. IT IS A BIG risk going to them.
they destroyed my car for forgetting to tighten a cooling system hose

I went to the state attorney generals office concerning this matter. Because he could not defend me against my claim, the owner ran off and got a lawyer
The attorney general's office told him to pay for the damages that they did to my car.
