They do not respond to any calls, emails or other forms of communication. They just have left me sitting in the dark! I had critical medical records that needed to be submitted the last time I had a hearing and they were very unprepared, even after I had brought that to their attention before the date of the hearing. These missing medical records really impacted the results of my case. I am more than displeased with their lack of effort!
