“Healthy Horizons” is a quarterly program designed to educate its patrons about the benefits of whole foods and healthy living. Certified Nutritional Consultant and Health Coach, Kim Rush Lynch, and whole foods Chef and Produce Manager, Ellen Siegel have designed a variety of health and food education programs designed to help shoppers create healthier meal plans and lifestyles. In addition, these programs are an opportunity to learn more about the Co-op's natural and organic foods offerings. Please register as we need at least 10 participants in order to conduct the program. Registration also helps us ensure that we have enough samples for everyone! All programs are held at the Greenbelt Youth Center from 7 to 8:30pm.
