Greenbelt City Council, Mayor To Meet Monday Night

On the agenda are a number of items including a bikeshare program, gateway sign project, staff and committee reports.

Greenbelt's mayor and city council are set to discuss a number of items Monday night as a part of their December legislative meeting.

The council will introduce an amendment to the solid waste ordinance that would add new penalties and increase them for current violations.

They are also set to discuss the MDOT bikeshare program, WMATA's railcar commissioning facility, a facility letter between MDOT and CSX, and the gateway sign project.
