U.S. Marshals Search for Violent Criminal with Greenbelt Connection

Victor Terrell, who has lived in Greenbelt, has skipped on paroles for kidnapping, armed carjacking and armed robbery, The Examiner reports.

U.S. Marshal deputies want help in locating Victor Terrell, 29, who has lived in Greenbelt and skipped out on his paroles for kidnapping, armed carjacking and armed robbery, according to a report in The Examiner by Scott McCabe.

The report states warrants went out for Terrell earlier this year, and deputies are looking for information that could lead to his arrest.

In April 2003, Terrell and others allegedly carjacked a man in Prince George's County at gunpoint, forcing him to drive them to an ATM in the District, the report says.

The robbers forced the victim to withdraw his daily limit, then made him rent a room at the Days Inn hotel on New York Ave., NE until the withdrawal limit was lifted the next day, according to the report. It also states the robbers took off with the victims car, ATM card and ATM personal ID number.

Terrell is described as 5 foot 11 inches tall and 190 pounds with tatoos on his arm, The Examiner states. In addition to living in Greenbelt, he has also lived in Seat Pleasant and District Heights.

The report says investigators have asked for help from The Examiner's readers to locate Terrell.
