Update: Missing Greenbelt Mother and Child Found

Stefanie Ann Hamrick, 25, and her daughter, Leonay Heaven Inbnett, 1, were missing since Feb. 7, but were found in DC in good health.

Update, Feb. 14: The critically missing Greenbelt woman and child found in DC, according to police.

Original Post, Feb. 13: The Prince George’s County Police Department is currently searching for a missing mother and child from Greenbelt.

Stefanie Anne Hamrick, 25, and her daughter one-year-old Leonay Heaven Inabnett, have been missing from Greenbelt since Friday, Feb. 7, according to police.

Both were last seen leaving their home on the 8500 block of Greenbelt Road heading for a bus stop. Family members do not believe that Hamrick is able to support her daughter or herself, police said.

Hamrick is a black woman, 5-foot-5 tall, about 170 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes and a dark complexion. She has a scar on her left thigh. When last seen, she was wearing blue jeans and a tan leather jacket.

Her daugher, Inabnett, is about 2-foot-6,  30 pounds, and has black hair, brown eyes and a dark complexion. Police gave no other identifying marks. She was last seen wearing a pink jacket and blue jeans.

Anyone who has seen Hamrick or Inabnett is asked to call PGPD’s regional investigative division at (301)390-2143, or Crime Solvers at  1-866-411-TIPS (8477). Messages can also be texted via cell phone to CRIMES (274637) by texting “PGPD plus your message.”
