PGPD To Host Car Seat Check in Mt. Rainier

Not sure if your child's car seat is installed correctly? The Prince George's County Police can help.

The Prince George's County Police Department, partnering with the Prince George's Community Federal Credit Union, will be conducting a free car sear check on Wednesday in Mount Rainier.

On hand at the event will be technicians who can make sure that your children's car seat and booster seat are installed correctly. The checks take about 30 minutes to complete. If you plan on going, make sure that the car seat is installed in the car before you arrive.

The car seat check takes place from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, March 13 at the Bunker Hill Volunteer Fire Department at 3716 Rhode Island Avenue in Mount Rainier.
