Greenbelt Police Report: 4 Burglaries, 5 DWI Arrests
The following arrest information, from June 1-June 7, was supplied by the Greenbelt Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Center City
June 1 at 12:37 a.m.: DUI/DWI Arrest. Walker Drive at Greenbelt Road. Bryant Anthony Keith, 43, of Greenbelt, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving while impaired by alcohol, among other charges after a traffic stop. The suspect was released on citations pending trial.
June 3 at 9:46 a.m.: Burglary. 13 court Ridge Road. Concrete paving stones were taken from a yard.
June 4 at 10:26 p.m.: DUI/DWI Arrest. Greenbelt Road at Kenilworth Avenue. Victor Hugo Tellez-Vivaldo, 29, of Lanham, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving while impaired by alcohol, among other charges after a traffic stop. The suspect was released on citations pending trial.
June 7 at 10:26 p.m.: DUI/DWI Arrest. Kenilworth Avenue at Greenbelt Road. Jose R. Osorio Renderos, 35, of Alexandria, VA, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving while impaired by alcohol, among other charges after a traffic stop. The suspect was released on citations pending trial.
Franklin Park, Beltway Plaza, Greenbelt Metro, Capitol Office Park
June 2 at 8:36 p.m: Vandalism. 9300 block Edmonston Road. Graffiti was found on the playground equipment.
June 3 at 8:40 p.m.: DUI/DWI Arrest. Cherrywood Lane at Springhill Drive. Vladimir Ernesto Chicas, 21, of Riverdale, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving while impaired by alcohol, among other charges after a traffic stop. The suspect was released on citations pending trial.
June 4 at 4:26 p.m.: Burglary. 9100 block Edmonston Court. Electronics were taken.
June 6 at 4:35 p.m.: Burglary. 5900 block Springhill Drive. Electronics were taken.
Greenbelt East, Greenway Shopping Center
June 1 at 12:17 a.m.: DUI/DWI Arrest. Greenbelt Road at Frankfort Drive. Brandon Nathaniel Coley, 21, of Bowie, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving while impaired by alcohol, among other charges after a traffic stop. The suspect was released on citations pending trial.
At 4:11 a.m.: Burglary. 7500 block Greenbelt Road. Electronics were taken.
June 3 at 2:10 p.m.: Drug Arrest. 7800 block Emily’s Way. Dave Fitzgerald Henderson, II, 18, of Greenbelt, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, after a suspicious vehicle stop. The suspect was released on citation pending trial.
Automotive Crime - Citywide
June 5: Stolen Vehicle. 7300 block Morrison Drive. A black 2002 BMW with MD tags was taken.
June 6: Vandalism. 6000 block Springhill Drive. A windshield was damaged.
