Greenbelt Police Walk Against Drunk Driving Saturday

With $200 raised, there's still room to show support for the Greenbelt Police's Saturday walk against drunk driving.

 

The has formed a team to participate in the annual “Walk Like MADD” event that will be held Saturday morning. “WALK like MADD” is an annual 5K walk hosted by Mothers Against Drunk Driving's (MADD).

The Greenbelt Police officers will join other participants from the area on Federal Hill in Baltimore at 8:30 a.m. to walk for this cause. The walks will occur in 40 cities around the nation.

If you are interested in making a donation to the Greenbelt Police Department team, please go to the "Walk Like MADD" website. As of Friday night, the website stated that $200 was donated to their team.

But, there's still time to show your support for the Greenbelt police and this cause.

Once on the website, you will be prompted to pick a location; choose Baltimore, MD to locate the Greenbelt Police. If you are making a donation, search by team name and enter Greenbelt Police. From there, you'll be given instructions on how to donate.
