Temple Hills Drug Trafficker Sentenced 11 Years in Prison
According to Prince George's County Police Department reports, on Monday, Chief U.S. District Judge Deborah Chasanow sentenced Eric Leroy Byrd, age 46, of Temple Hills, Maryland, to 132 months, the equivalent of approximately 11 years, in prison followed by five years of supervised release for possession with intent to distribute cocaine base.
According to reports of Byrd’s guilty plea, from September 2009 to April 2010 he distributed crack cocaine to an individual in Prince George’s and Charles counties, Maryland. Reports indicate Byrd sold approximately six grams of cocaine base, or crack cocaine, to the same individual on at least five occasions. On April 16, 2010, Prince George’s County Police executed a search warrant at Byrd’s apartment and seized $600, digital scales and approximately 109 grams of crack cocaine.
Missing: Capitol Heights’ 15-Year-Old Hollins Kes Davis
The Prince George’s County Police Department (PGPD) is seeking the public’s help in finding 15-year-old Hollins Kes Davis. According to reports, she was last seen leaving her residence in the 1100 block of Dutton Way in Capitol Heights, Maryland, on March 7, 2012, and has not been seen or heard from since.
Police describe Davis as a black female with black hair, brown eyes, about 5 feet 5 inches tall and approximately 200 pounds. She was last seen wearing a blue Columbia jacket, blue jeans and black Adidas sneakers. Davis’ photograph is posted within this article.

Suitland Sexual Assault Investigated
According to reports from PGPD, a female realtor was previewing a prospective property on the 2300 block of Dupont Avenue in Suitland, Maryland on March 21 when she was sexually assaulted upon entering the basement. The victim was able to fight off the suspect, described as a black male, 25-35 years of age, about 6 foot 1 inch tall, with a short haircut and slim build. He subsequently fled the property. Police said he was last seen wearing a blue or black t-shirt and dark tennis shoes. According to PGPD reports, patrol officers responded to the call of the sexual assault at about 7:40 p.m. and the PGPD’s District III Investigative Section is investigating this case.
Police Urge Caution after Sexual Assault on Greenlawn Drive
According to the PGPD blog, the Prince George’s County Police Department is urging the public to use caution after a sexual assault that occurred in Chillum, Maryland.
PGPD reports say on March 22, 2012, at approximately 6 a.m., a female victim was sexually assaulted after an unknown suspect entered her apartment in the 400 block of Greenlawn Drive. The suspect is described as wearing dark clothing, a black ski mask and armed with an unknown weapon.
