Tim Johnson/People for Bikes Ride to DC!

All cyclists are welcome to join Sunday's ride to DC

On Sunday, April 28th, the Tim Johnson Ride on Washington will arrive at Proteus bike shop in north College Park on their way from Boston to DC.  Local cyclists are invited to join us from 12pm-1:30pm to meet the riders and then join the bike parade downtown.  We'll ride a easy to moderate pace, and there will be experienced riders in the group to help folks along the way.  However, this is not a supported ride.  Bring a Metro farecard in case you have a major mechanical problem, need a rest etc.  There are many Metrorail stops along the way where you can hitch a ride.  This event is free, but donations to People for Bikes will be gratefully accepted!

Here’s the list of the TJROW riders. Please donate!
