Transit Riders United of Greenbelt (Tru-Gee) Meeting

Transit Riders United of Greenbelt (Tru-Gee) will have its next meeting Oct 2nd at the Greenbelt Youth Center from 10am-12pm to discuss the changes to the Greenbelt Bus Service and provide the results of the Sept 30th WMATA board meeting and to layout strategy for the PG county public hearing for the bus on Oct 12th .

Here is the agenda for the meeting

- Updates on the two recent WMATA Board meetings & the SHA meeting
-A discussion/vote on what our stance will be/if we want to present feedback at the County public hearing Oct 12
-Other outreach/publicity opportunities--upcoming meetings or events we should go to? do folks want to make/post flyers on upcoming route changes, contact local apt complexes to distribute info, other ideas?
-Training opportunities to help other bus riders
-Schedule our next planning group meeting and our December meeting. Discuss if we want to meet in Berwyn Hts/other places outside G'belt.
