Community Clinic at Franklin Park Hosting a FLU Vaccination Day

Flu season is underway and CCI recommends everyone to get the vaccine. For those with Medicare/Medicaid the vaccine is provided at no cost (with your Medicare/Medicaid ID). For those without insurance, the cost is $15. No appointment needed.
