Exploring how Hypnosis works

On Friday, February 8, Explorations Unlimited welcomes Mr. Erick Lundin. He will be presenting on hypnosis: what it is, and how it works. Some of the topics he will cover are; 1) How the mind works, 2) Three myths about Hypnosis, 3) Making changes: it's not a question of willpower, and 4) Four mental attitudes, plus much more. On an interesting ending, Mr. Lundin will be giving a hypnosis demostration. Don't miss out this exciting opportunity! 

Mr. Lundin was a registered nurse for thirty-three years. He has worked in various places such as emergency rooms, intensive care units and recovery rooms. At Federal Bureau of Prisons, he worked as a Chief nurse of a prison hospital. After he retired, he discovered that hypnosis could accomplish some very remarkable things in a sort time and without medications. He trained at Omni Hypnosis Training Center, and became a certified hypnotherapist. Then later, he became a Certified Instructor by National Guild of Hypnotists. In October, 2011, College Park Hypnosis Center, LLC was established. 

Explorations Unlimited is held every Friday from 1:00-3:00pm at the Greenbelt Community Center. This presentation will be held in the Senior Classroom, room 114. Everyone is welcome to attend and questions are always encouraged. Please call 301-397-2208 for more information.
