Christianity and Truth and Reconciliation

Greenbelt Baptist Church will host a talk on Christianity and Truth and Reconciliation.  In a world of violence and disintegration, how can there be true reconciliation? Aneil Deo (PhD, Johns Hopkins University) was born and raised in South Africa. He attended several sessions of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission. He also worked for President Nelson Mandela's administration in foreign affairs. Drawing from his experiences, Aneil will speak about Truth and Reconciliation from a Christian perspective.   Join us for this talk and thoughtful discussion about the relationship between Christianity and important topics for the world today. Light refreshments will follow the discussion. This is the second in a series offered by Greenbelt Baptist Church.
