Artful Afternoon: No-Sew Quilting

Join us for a no-sew quilt block workshop facilitated by artist in residence Karen Arrington. Participants will learn a no-sew technique to create their own quilt block from fabric scraps. This is a great project for the whole family to work on together. The workshop is open to all ages. Supplies will be provided. This free workshop is offered from 1:00 to 3:00 pm.
Immediately after the quilt block workshop, a drawing will be held for two tickets to the show of your choice at the Greenbelt Arts Center. Enter this free drawing at the Greenbelt Community Center Art Gallery now through 2:30 pm on February 3.
Greenbelt’s Artful Afternoon also features a studio open house and sale with the Community Center’s nine Artists in Residence from 1-4 pm. Be inspired by their work in many styles and media, and find unique gifts.
