The secondhand smoke lawsuit is underway in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County in Upper Marlboro.
David S. Schuman v. Greenbelt Homes, Inc., et al. is underway, having started Wednesday morning in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County in Upper Marlboro. , which Schuman asserts is a nuisance and is posing a danger to his health.
