A look at the top five recipes for Passover.

Passover begins April 18 and the traditional Seder meal takes place on the first two days of Passover. Here is a compilation of recipes we found for the Seder. Please feel free to add your own family recipes to the ones we found.

1. Vegetarian Matzo Balls
This vegetarian version uses butter instead of chicken fat and actually won a taste test on Epicurious.com.

2. Traditional Apple-Walnut Charoset
This is a standard Ashkenazi recipe with the addition of brown sugar.
