What's Fresh at the Greenbelt Farmers Market?

The market will be open for business Sunday.

The first Sunday of July means many vendors will have some summer produce available for sale.

According to the Greenbelt Farmers Market newsletter, the following items will be available

  • Batty Batches will have jams—
  • Zingy Mulberry Jam: made with locally foraged mulberries and a hint of chili.
  • Herb Mojito Jelly: the classic lime & mint combination with a special taragon twist.
  • Summer Sweet Tea Jelly: summer's lemony sweet tea is now spreadable on toast.
  • Rhubarb-Ginger Jam: awesomeness in a jar. 
  • Zesty Red Onion Jelly: a sweet/savory jelly that goes great with cheeses.
  • Glade Link will have sunflowers
  • Sweet Earth Essentials will be back selling scrubs, scented oils and other personal care products. 
    • The market—located in the parking lot of the Roosevelt Center— will be open 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
