Greenbelt Farmers Market Drop on Sunday

Hungering for strawberries, asparagus, eggs and more?

Shlagel Farms will make an off-season Greenbelt Farmers Market drop from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Sunday. The farm is delivering strawberries, asparagus, leeks, greenhouse tomatoes, eggs, and possibly spinach — behind the by the mailbox.

Patch visited Shlagel Farms and its 6-acre strawberry patch in Waldorf, MD, for its 100th Anniversary year in the spring of 2011. .
