Vote for Best Entry in Summertime Postcard Contest

Tuesday is the last day to vote for your favorite summertime in Greenbelt  postcards. Twenty-one kids, ages 4 through 12, created artistic versions of the theme.

Flipping through the postcards, it is clear that swimming pools are a hit among Greenbelt's youth, but you'll also notice a lemonade stand, basketball court, and the movie theater among the creations. And in many, a round yellow sun hangs enormous in the sky.

Sponsored by the Greenbelt Recreation Department, the winning summer recreation postcard will be sent to every resident in Greenbelt.

To cast your vote, click on a postcard, then place your mouse on it until an arrow appears. Scroll through all 21 by clicking on the arrows.

Some choices at the bottom of each card will also appear when you place your mouse over the postcards, including the "like" option.

You can vote for more than one. "Like" all your favorites, and the child with the most "like" votes wins.
