The Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols
The annual festival will feature the University of Maryland's men and women's choruses, chamber singers and other choirs. The service is modeled after the world-famous Christmas Eve tradition of King's College in Cambridge, England, which is broadcast annually on National Public Radio. This year's event will use the original format of the first festival service in 1918.
Advance tckets are available at the Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center. On the day of the performance, tickets are only available in the chapel lobby starting at 7 p.m.
Parking is available in LOT Y directly behind the Chapel.
