Throughout October, several performances will celebrate world cultures as part of the Kids Euro Festival 2010. Also, emerging singers and pianists in the Washington National Opera's Domingo - Cafritz Young Artist Program will perform Oct. 31 a program of opera, operetta, and zarzuela, capping off a citywide celebration of National Opera Week.
