Beltway Plaza Weekend Events Preview: Karate and Mariachi
Stay cool and enjoy some hot events indoors this weekend.
With temperatures expected to hover around 100 degrees, it’s a good idea to stay indoors as much as possible. Luckily, has some great events planned for this weekend, July 9-10.
Saturday
Renowned local Sensei Leon Swain, a 5th degree black belt and Sensei Theresa Beck of the Berywn Heights Okinawan Goju-Ryu Club will offer a karate demonstration at Center Court from 1-2 p.m.

Sunday
Humberto Guzman and his Mariachi band will be back by popular demand, strolling the mall playing their special blend of old and new Latin tunes as a part of the mall’s on-going “Latin Sundays” series.
