Hope Lutheran Church and Student Center Worship Service

Hope Lutheran Church and Student Center welcomes you to worship with us at 10 am on Sundays and to participate in the life of our congregation. We are located at the south edge of the University of Maryland campus. Hope is two blocks west of US Route 1, at the intersection of Guilford Drive and Knox Road. Please enter from the upper parking lot for worship. The upstairs entrance and restrooms are handicapped-accessible, and the elevator allows access to the entire building. We hope to see you soon!

Hope Lutheran Church and Student Center, founded in 1952, is a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). We participate in a number of ministries that serve the local community, some of which are accomplished in partnership with Lutheran Campus Ministry at the University of Maryland. Our pastor is the Rev. Dr. James B. Vigen.
