3 Things You'll Wanna Know Today: July 12

See Saturn via telescope, a fun City of Greenbelt video and what color(s) are your eyes, eh?

It's Tuesday afternoon in Greenbelt, and there are three things you shouldn't go another minute without knowing.

“Saturn’s Storms” is free tonight at Goddard’s Visitor Center at 7 p.m. It’s a great event for kids, both big and small. Space scientist Dr. Paul Romani will be on hand to talk about Saturn’s recent storm activity. You’ll also get a chance to look at our solar system’s second largest planet through a telescope. Although it’s free, Goddard asks that you register.

Today's featured Facebook page belongs to the City of Greenbelt. They just posted a Camp Youth on the Go (YOGO) video that’s clever and fun. Scroll down, they've got a couple more that are just as humorous. You go YOGO.

July 12 is different colored eyes day, which celebrates both diversity of eye color and people with two different colored eyes. So, if you don’t know, ask your cubicle colleague – “What color are your eyes mate?”
