DESCRIPTION:Saturday 10am group bike rides from Proteus bike shop in Nort
 h College Park. &nbsp\;This ride is an intermediate exercise/social ride
  -- we usually ride for about 2 hours through the Beltsville Agricultura
 l Research Center and Patuxent wildlife refuge\, a total distance of abo
 ut 22 miles.\nThe pace is moderate\, and riders of all abilities are wel
 come. &nbsp\;There are usually there are between 5 and 15 riders\, and s
 ometimes we'll split into groups of faster and slower pace. &nbsp\;But t
 he ride leader always stays at the back in case anybody has a problem or
  flat tire\, and no one is dropped of left behind.\nOften\, we'll stop f
 or lunch after the ride\, at the New Deal Cafe in Greenbelt\, or Fishnet
