Combining traditional Middle Eastern and Mediterranean folk melodies with surf-rock elements, Ishtar plays what they call “BellyRock.” The band is comprised of Melissa Murphey on clarinet, Jeff Chmielarski on electric bass, Mark DeFilippo on darbuka, Beth DeFilippo on riqq and Rob Metil on Fender Stratocaster guitar.
The performance starts at 7:00 p.m. will include local belly dancers who will encourage the crown to join in the festivities.

"Food. Beer. Wine. Music." This Lebanese-Mediterranean based establishment is a cute cafe and the place to go for unique food and a fun night. To go with the theme of their name, the New Deal Cafe offers a deal of their own; a 10% discount is offered for all government employees. Patrons can also enjoy mid-day melodies by Amy C. Kraft on the Thursdays from noon to 2pm.
Brunch is served on Sundays from 10:30am to 12:30pm. The menu includes eggs, bacon, omelets, pancakes, hash browns, orange juice, coffee and more.
Outdoor seating is available on the front porch, as well as catering and entertainment every Tuesday through Sunday evenings.
