The Greenbelt Community Foundation will host a Free Estate Planning Seminar by Attorney Thomas P. Downs next Friday, May 18th at 2 PM.
Major topics will include: How to avoid probate costs and minimize Estate taxes, so your Estate will pass to your family, intact and how to create your legacy through taxwise use of trusts, gift annuities and other planned giving options. Additional topics he will cover include the current Federal and Maryland Estate Tax Laws and The new Maryland Power of Attorney Law.
All attendees will receive a seminar handout and a complimentary one hour private consultation with Mr. Downs.
