The Greatest Show in Greenbelt Starts Friday
The Greenbelt Youth Circus is back this weekend, but hurry, tickets tend to sell out, according to a recreation official.
The Greenbelt Youth Circus will feature circus acts inspired by Hollywood in this year's show, Cinema, starting Friday and running through Sunday.
Under the direction of Gregory May, 40 kids will perform circus acts in the Greenbelt Community Center.
Below are circus show times, but you may want to get your tickets soon, as these shows tend to sell out, Friday night is already close to selling out, according to Recreation Supervisor Di Quynn-Reno.
Greenbelt Youth Circus Show Times
Friday, Aug. 10: 7 p.m.
Saturday, Aug. 11, 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Sunday, Aug. 12 at 3 p.m.
Tickets are $5. You may purchase them at the Greenbelt Community Center during weekday business office hours from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or over the phone with a credit card at (301) 397-2208.
You can also purchase tickets at the door with cash, check, or credit card, if the show is not sold out. Quynn-Reno recommends coming in a half-hour before a show to get tickets; but there is still the risk of them being sold out.
