Humberto Guzman is the intense and expressive leader of the mariachi quartet he brings to Beltway Plaza Mall almost every other Sunday as part of the mall's Latin Sunday Series.
"This is definitely one of the many series of efforts by Quantum/Beltway Plaza Mall to provide entertainment and service to the community and enhance the Mall to attract customers and increase foot traffic," said Janubi Devendra, director of marketing for Quantum Companies, which manages the mall.
