Parked just outside the Mishkan Torah Synagogue is this beat up black Pontiac Grand Prix at the intersection of Ridge Road and Westway.
The two front tires are flat, the driver's side door is severely dented, the side mirror is hanging out and the driver's side window is down with the seatbelt draped down.
