Can these be considered an apples-to-apples comparison since the 2008 results did not have the option for Early Voting? I suspect that could be a primary reason why some of the 2012 numbers were down, as early voters could cast their ballots in multiple places and wouldn't be linked to polling places or do they go by addresses and still place votes where normal voting locations would occur? Either way, kudos to you and your regional Patch associates for keeping the community informed about all things politics. I found this Patch in particular very useful for tracking information about the various Ballot initiatives. Job well done!
