A robbery and assault arrest, drug arrest, 3 DWIs, consuming alcohol on public property arrest, and 10 automotive crimes in the Greenbelt police report from Nov. 16 through Nov. 20.

Center City

Nov. 16 at 11:30 p.m.: Drug Arrest. Walker Drive at Greenbelt Road. A 35-year-old Greenbelt man was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana after a traffic stop. The suspect was released on a citation pending trial.

Nov. 17 at 4:01 a.m.: DUI/DWI Arrest. 7100 block Greenbelt Road. A 42-year-old Washington man was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving while impaired by alcohol, among other charges, after a traffic stop. The suspect was released on citations pending trial.

Franklin Park, Beltway Plaza, Greenbelt Metro, Capitol Office Park

Nov. 16 at 1:57 p.m.: Alcohol Violation. 9200 block Springhill Lane. A 63-year-old Greenbelt woman was arrested and charged with consuming alcohol on public property. The suspect was released on a citation pending trial.

Greenbelt East, Greenway Shopping Center

Nov. 18 at 1:27 a.m.: DUI/DWI Arrest. Greenbelt Road at Mandan Road. A 35-year-old Lanham man, was arrested and charged with charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving while impaired by alcohol, among other charges, after a traffic stop. The suspect was released on citations pending trial.

At 3:13 a.m.: DUI/DWI Arrest. Greenbelt Road at Hanover Parkway. A 47-year-old Hyattsville man, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving while impaired by alcohol, among other charges, after a traffic stop. The suspect was released on citations pending trial.

Nov. 20 at 8:34 a.m.: Strong Armed Robbery. 8300 block Canning Terrace. A non-resident juvenile male was petitioned for strong armed robbery and 2nd degree assault, after allegedly assaulting a juvenile female and taking her property. The juvenile was released to a guardian pending action by the Department of Juvenile Services. The victim refused medical attention.

Automotive Crime — City Wide

Nov. 16: Vandalism. 12 court Laurel Hill Road. A vehicle had pry marks and scratches around the windows. 

Vandalism. 9100 block Edmonston Terrace. A vehicle was scratched. 

Vandalism. 5900 block Cherrywood Lane. A car window was broken.

Nov. 17: Theft from Auto. 7400 block Greenway Center Drive. Jewelry and a radio were among the items taken.

Theft from Auto. 6300 block Golden Triangle Drive. A set of wheels were taken.

Theft from Auto. 6000 block Springhill Drive. A tire was taken.

Nov. 18: Theft from Auto. 6300 block Golden Triangle Drive. A turn signal lens cover was taken.

Nov. 19: Theft from Auto. 7900 block Mandan Road. A checkbook was taken.

Theft from Auto. 7900 block Mandan Road. Tools were taken.

Theft from Auto. 8000 block Mandan Road. A GPS unit and a parking pass were taken.
