A blood drive for detective Eddie Vazquez is being held at the Greenbelt Police Department Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

"Please come out and support a fellow brother in need," says the Greenbelt Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #32 Facebook page. "Your donation will help Eddie and many others, please step up and give if you can."

Donors can sign up and pick their time in an online blood donation schedule. Walk-ins are also welcome.

There is also a blood drive for Vazquez on Saturday in Gordon Biersch in the Annapolis Towne Center from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. with online signup as well.
