The Greenbelt Elementary School PTA is collecting used books and media for the annual Book Sale held during the Greenbelt Labor Day Festival, August 31 - September 3. Money raised through the book sale is used by the PTA to support the school, such as arts, music and science programs, teacher appreciation, student rewards, and for purchasing new technology for use in the classrooms.

Book donations may be dropped off at the Greenbelt Co-op Supermarket during the month of August (collection ends August 30). At-home pick-up for large donations can be arranged. Donations are tax deductible, just ask for a receipt. All books, CDs, DVDs, tapes, VHS and magazines are accepted--no Encyclopedia sets please.
